46. 47. 58. The enterprise with the national new determined famous trademark of China is rewarded with 0.5 million yuan once, the enterprise with the provincial determined famous trademark by law is rewarded with 0.1 million yuan once; the unit determined as geographical logo registration trademark by law is rewarded with 0.1 million yuan once; the small or medium-sized enterprise winning the famous brand of China is rewarded with 0.5 million yuan once; the enterprise winning the famous brand of Jilin Province is rewarded with 0.1 million yuan once; the small or medium-sized enterprise winning the quality management prize of Jilin Province is rewarded with 0.1 million yuan once; the small or medium-sized enterprise winning the special logo for the geographical logo protection product is rewarded with 0.1 million yuan once. The rewarding funds are determined by the government in the place where the enterprise is located and paid by the financial department at the same level.
59. The budget of the city or county (district) government for the annual purchase projects should have the proportion not less than 20% reserved for the small and miniature enterprises.
